Your team's dynamic:

The Regional Account Manager is primarily responsible for developing the business plan and strategy for their assigned region. Within the first 90 days, the executive will present a proposed three-year strategic plan, including key partnerships, to gain approval and alignment on the targets for the current and upcoming years.

What your day will look like:

  • Support the Brazil Sales team by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities within the assigned territory. Contribute to the creation and execution of business, marketing, and sales strategies.
  • Maintain and grow the company's presence in existing accounts, while working with the local sales and HQ Business Development teams to build vertical market knowledge and replicate successful strategies across regions.
  • Consolidate business cases for the assigned region to help plan and coordinate events, and to promote successful models to other end users.
  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and regional colleagues to achieve collective goals and results.
  • Manage relationships and drive results within assigned global accounts, while supporting initiatives across other vertical markets in the region.
  • Generate demand by visiting key end users—often introduced by partners—to present Genetec's leadership, technology, and proven track record, ensuring broad market penetration.
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with both direct and indirect systems integrators within the territory.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, achieve revenue objectives, and keep CRM pipelines current and updated.
  • Oversee the quotation process, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity in the region.
  • Track and report satisfaction levels among end users and systems integrators to ensure high service quality and identify improvement areas.

A dinâmica da sua equipe:

O Gerente Regional de Contas é responsável principalmente por desenvolver o plano de negócios e a estratégia para a sua região designada. Nos primeiros 90 dias, o executivo deverá apresentar um plano estratégico proposto para três anos, incluindo parcerias-chave, a fim de obter aprovação e alinhamento sobre as metas para o ano atual e os próximos anos.

Como será o seu dia:

  • Apoiar a equipe de Vendas no Brasil, identificando, desenvolvendo e fechando oportunidades de negócios dentro do território designado. Contribuir para a criação e execução de estratégias de negócios, marketing e vendas.
  • Manter e expandir a presença da empresa em contas já existentes, trabalhando em conjunto com a equipe local de vendas e a equipe de Desenvolvimento de Negócios da matriz para construir conhecimento sobre mercados verticais e replicar estratégias bem-sucedidas em outras regiões.
  • Consolidar casos de negócios para a região designada, ajudando no planejamento e coordenação de eventos, além de promover modelos de sucesso para outros usuários finais.
  • Colaborar de perto com parceiros de canal e colegas regionais para alcançar metas e resultados coletivos.
  • Gerenciar relacionamentos e impulsionar resultados em contas globais designadas, apoiando também iniciativas em outros mercados verticais da região.
  • Gerar demanda visitando usuários finais estratégicos — muitas vezes apresentados pelos parceiros — para apresentar a liderança, a tecnologia e o histórico comprovado da Genetec, garantindo ampla penetração de mercado.
  • Desenvolver e gerenciar relacionamentos estratégicos com integradores de sistemas diretos e indiretos dentro do território.
  • Manter previsões de vendas precisas, atingir os objetivos de receita e manter os pipelines no CRM atualizados.
  • Supervisionar o processo de cotação, garantindo entregas precisas e dentro do prazo.
  • Monitorar e relatar a atividade da concorrência na região.
  • Acompanhar e relatar os níveis de satisfação dos usuários finais e dos integradores de sistemas para assegurar alta qualidade de serviço e identificar áreas de melhoria.
