Marketing & Growth Specialist (Remote, PJ – Fluent English)
Rapida Solutions is expanding We're a Data & AI consultancy delivering end-to-end solutions (data engineering, analytics, AI applications) for clients across Asia & Australia. We need a Brazil-based contractor (PJ) to lead our digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
Your mission:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the APAC region (LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Meta, Google, and email/WhatsApp).
Produce AI-powered short-form videos (Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, Pika, etc.).
Research customer pain points in different industries and countries, and create relevant, engaging campaigns.
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence (organic + Ads), YouTube Shorts, and other channels.
Conduct first-intro outreach to leads via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
Use our marketing automation & CRM tools to run nurturing flows and track performance.
Monitor metrics (SQLs, CPL, CTR, engagement) and continuously improve results.
You have:
Fluent English (you'll work daily in English)
3+ years in B2B digital marketing/growth (tech/services a plus)
Proven skills in LinkedIn campaigns, short-form video, WhatsApp Business/API
Experience with AI content/video creation tools
Comfort working in Asia-Pacific time zones
Work location: Remote, anywhere in Brazil
Contract type: PJ (contractor)
