Join a dynamic IT organization managing global programs following a Joint Venture or carve-out. We are looking for a PMO Lead to establish, lead, and operate a global Programme Management Office (PMO) for a complex IT TSA Exit Programme. This role ensures centralized governance, integrated planning, delivery control, and executive-level reporting to minimize business disruption across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, lead, and operate a global PMO for the IT TSA Exit Programme.
  • Ensure consistent application of programme disciplines, including risk, dependency, and change management.
  • Provide integrated planning, portfolio management, and executive-level reporting.
  • Act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams.
  • Monitor programme progress and drive timely delivery while minimizing customer and business impact.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 
    10 years of IT experience
    , including 
    5+ years managing complex programs
     or project portfolios at Group or international level.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Program/project management certification
     preferred (PgMP, MSP, PMP).
  • Proven ability to manage 
    complex multi-project programs
    , ideally involving 
    system integration or digital transformation
    .
  • Proficiency in 
    planning and portfolio management tools
     (MS Project, Jira, Clarity).
  • Executive leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Strong 
    strategic vision
     and results-orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage 
    ambiguity and pressure
     in a dynamic environment.
