About the Role

We're looking for a bold, strategic, and execution-focused Director of Finance to help shape the future of Search Atlas Group. As a bootstrapped but revenue generating company scaling fast across SaaS and services, we need a finance leader who can do more than manage the numbers, someone who can turn them into actionable insights that fuel growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role with direct impact across our financial strategy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision making. You'll be reporting directly to our founders and collaborating closely with the leadership team to architect the financial engine that powers our next stage of scale.

• Financial Leadership: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, reporting, cash flow, and capital allocation.

• Strategic Partnering: Work closely with the leadership team to shape company strategy and evaluate growth opportunities.

• Data & Analytics: Build and scale dashboards, cohort analysis, and performance metrics to drive revenue optimization, churn reduction, and unit economics visibility.

• Operational Excellence: Implement financial systems, controls, and processes that support scale across multiple states and geographies. (We are exploring ERP systems like NetSuite to unify platforms such as HubSpot, Stripe, and QuickBooks.)

• Corporate Structure & Compliance: Manage tax and regulatory obligations in the U.S.

• Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing finance and analytics team.

• 8+ years in senior finance leadership, in SaaS or tech companies (3+ years in SaaS is a must).

• Strong command of FP&A and variance analysis.

• Advanced data analytics skills (SQL, BI tools, cohort/lifetime value analysis).

• Strong communication and leadership abilities; comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Experience operating in bootstrapped or capital-efficient environments, with a strong focus on cash flow discipline and profitability.

• Demonstrated success implementing or optimizing ERP systems and finance tech stacks (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Stripe, HubSpot integrations).

• Deep understanding of unit economics, SaaS metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, churn, ARR), and revenue modeling across subscription and services models.

You'll be stepping into a pivotal role during a high-growth phase, with the mandate to transform Search Atlas Group into a data-driven, operationally excellent, and globally scalable company, while helping write the next chapter of a bootstrapped success story.

Salary & Benefits

• $3,500-$5,000 USD per month/depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
