Responsabilidades e atribuições
- Responsável por atender e acompanhar as demandas dos clientes, oferecendo suporte na solução de problemas e no desenvolvimento de novos negócios.
- Atuar no processo de inserção e acompanhamento de pedidos, bem como na elaboração de análises e relatórios relacionados a preço, margem, faturamento e custos.
- Realizar, sempre que necessário, visitas internas e externas, assegurando o alinhamento e a manutenção do relacionamento com os clientes.
Requisitos e qualificações
- Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento (Engenharias, Gestão Comercial, Comércio Exterior, Administração ou afins)
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes
- Raciocínio analítico
- Boa comunicação
- Conhecimento avançado em Excel.
- Inglês intermediário/avançado (leitura, escrita e conversação).
