Overview

The Corporate Solutions business is dedicated to delivering robust B2B payment solutions to Large Market corporates. Corporate Solutions represents a strategic growth priority for Mastercard in Brazil, with a strong focus on fostering adoption of our solutions among large corporations. This role will lead initiatives to engage major B2B platforms, integrating Mastercard's virtual card number technology into their payment workflows to accelerate adoption and expand usage among Large Market corporate clients.

Role

In this role, the selected candidate will:

• Support Mastercard's engagement with B2B platforms including ERP (enterprise resource planning), Accounts Payables/Receivables and Procurement system to drive adoption of our Corporate Solutions APIs like In Control and Commercial Direct.

• Identify opportunities to expand our virtual card number technology penetration through partnership with financial services integrators and payment orchestrators.

• Collaborate with Corporate Solutions Product Management team to develop and execute the local go-to-market strategy for global partnerships.

• Monitor adoption progress and address any barriers to ensure successful activation and sustained growth of embedded finance partnerships.

• Work closely with internal teams, such as Products, Sales, and Customer Delivery, to align execution.

• Track performance metrics and pipeline activities to support reporting and decision-making.

All About You

The ideal candidate for this position should:

• Have experience in Large Market B2B payments, commercial card solutions, transaction banking, or related areas.

• Demonstrate strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at C and multiple levels.

• Be comfortable participating in commercial discussions and supporting negotiations in partnership with senior executives.

• Possessing knowledge of corporate payment processes, procurement systems, B2B payment flows, ERP, financial services providers and payment orchestrators.

• Be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Have strong analytical skills to identify opportunities and track progress against objectives.

• Communicate effectively in Portuguese and English, both verbally and in writing. Spanish is a plus.

• Hold a bachelor's degree; additional specialization in business, economics, or related fields is desirable.
