Estamos em busca de um User Experience Analyst especializado em dados para elevar o nível de nossas entregas de Business Intelligence. O objetivo principal desta função não é apenas "criar relatórios", mas sim desenhar e desenvolver experiências analíticas que sejam intuitivas, engajadoras e focadas na tomada de decisão do usuário.

Você atuará na intersecção entre Design, Tecnologia e Dados, garantindo que painéis complexos se tornem narrativas visuais claras.

Principais Responsabilidades

Discovery e Pesquisa: Conduzir reuniões com stakeholders para entender não apenas quais dados são necessários, mas como o usuário pensa e toma decisões (User Journey). Interagir com o time de dados para estruturar a entrada da informação no BI.

Prototipação: Criar wireframes e protótipos de alta fidelidade para validar layouts de dashboards antes do desenvolvimento.

Desenvolvimento Power BI: Construir dashboards interativos no Microsoft Power BI, focando na camada de visualização (Front-end), navegação (bookmarks, drill-throughs) e interatividade.

Design System de Dados: Criar e manter temas (JSON), paletas de cores acessíveis e guias de estilo para garantir consistência visual em todos os relatórios da empresa.

Data Storytelling: Escolher os gráficos corretos para cada tipo de análise e organizar a informação para contar uma história clara (hierarquia visual).

Testes de Usabilidade: Realizar testes com usuários finais para identificar pontos de atrito na navegação dos relatórios e propor melhorias.

Requisitos Obrigatórios (Hard Skills)

Domínio de Microsoft Power BI: Experiência comprovada no desenvolvimento de relatórios, incluindo uso avançado de recursos de navegação (Bookmarks, Page Navigation, Tooltips personalizados).

UX/UI Design: Conhecimento sólido em princípios de design.

DAX Intermediário: Capacidade de criar medidas para suportar visualizações dinâmicas e lógica de negócios.

Portfólio: Apresentação de casos anteriores (Dashboards ou protótipos) que demonstrem sensibilidade estética e funcional.

Diferenciais (Nice to have)

Inglês avançado.

Perfil Comportamental (Soft Skills)

Empatia: Capacidade de se colocar no lugar do usuário de negócios que não é técnico.

Comunicação Visual: Habilidade de explicar por que um gráfico funciona melhor que outro.

Atenção aos Detalhes: "Pixel perfect" é o seu padrão de qualidade.

Curiosidade: Interesse constante em novas formas de visualizar dados.
