Position Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Brazil-based team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across the aviation fuel and services portfolio. This role requires a combination of strong sales acumen, customer service orientation, and industry knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and grow relationships with existing aviation clients, ensuring excellent customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, general, and business aviation sectors.
- Support the sales pipeline by qualifying leads, preparing quotes, and coordinating with internal operations and logistics teams.
- Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to develop tailored fuel and service solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking sales activity and client communications.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for growth.
- Assist with proposal preparation, contract renewals, and pricing support.
- Coordinate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely billing and payment follow-up.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the aviation industry (preferably in fuel sales, operations, or related services).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
- Fluency in Portuguese, and advanced English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field preferred.
