The Role

As our
Brand Manager

, you'll be the architect of YaVendió's brand in Brazil — defining positioning, crafting storytelling, and ensuring every touchpoint builds trust, engagement, and loyalty. You'll oversee brand strategy and activations while working closely with Marketing, Growth, and Product to bring big ideas to life.

What You'll Do

  • Define and manage the brand strategy for the Brazilian market, aligned with LatAm goals.
  • Lead brand storytelling across campaigns, partnerships, and events.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing, PR, and strategic collaborations.
  • Oversee production of creative assets and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Manage brand activations, sponsorships, and experiential marketing projects.
  • Track brand performance through key metrics (awareness, engagement, NPS, share of voice).

What You Bring

  • Brand management or strategic marketing experience.
  • Native Portuguese. Advanced English or Spanish (both is a plus).
  • Hands-on, creative, and collaborative mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills.
  • Enthusiasm for AI, technology, and innovation.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with influencer campaigns, PR, and event activations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, ChatGPT, Canva, CRM, and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Previous experience in SaaS, startups, or e-commerce.
