Overview:

The BT SEAA Portfolio Management Specialist is responsible for managing our capital expenditures (CAPEX) and operational expenditures (OPEX), as well as assisting in tracking our Roadmap and financial performance. You will also be responsible for implementing AGILE Methodologies for multiple platforms.

Your expertise in project management and financial analysis contributes to the successful execution of projects while maintaining financial discipline. This role drives a specific BT SEAA Project Portfolio. This role will partner closely with other BT Security teams.

Essential Functions:

CAPEX and OPEX Management:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Security Engineering, Automation & Architecture projects.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and compliance with financial policies.

Project Portfolio Oversight:

• Work with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget and on schedule.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Act as the voice of the customer within Agile teams, ensuring user needs are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Own and manage the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing items to maximize value delivery.

Financial Analysis:

• Conduct financial analysis, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI calculations, and variance analysis with the support of Bunge Finance Team.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for financial decision-making.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Develop and maintain project status reports, financial reports, and documentation related to CAPEX and OPEX with the support of Bunge Finance Team.
• Define clear acceptance criteria and ensure stories are ready for development through backlog grooming sessions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in project and financial management practices.
• Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do

Technical Profile

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Systems Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven track record of at least 6 years in project management and financial analysis roles.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).

Relevant financial certifications (e.g., CFA, CMA, CPA) are a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
