Your mission
Be Rigicon's ambassador in Brazil
. You will develop the country business,
lead our distributor partners
, stay close to surgeons, organize sales initiatives, support training, and link Brazil with Rigicon's global outreach. This is a performance role for someone who loves to build and hustle.
What you will do
- Lead distributor partners:
select, train, set targets, run monthly reviews, coach field teams, and expand national coverage. - Develop the market:
open hospitals and clinics; increase the number of implanting surgeons; ensure product availability and responsive support. - Be with surgeons:
frequent visits, support in the
operating room
when needed, organize workshops and hands-on practice. - Drive sales initiatives:
medical events, demonstrations, case storytelling, and surgeon-to-surgeon referrals. - Connect Brazil to our global network:
share best practices, host visiting experts, and coordinate visits to reference centers. - Operate with integrity:
keep our sales system current, provide clear weekly and monthly updates, and follow all laws and company policies.
What you bring
- Strong experience in
urology or surgical medical devices
;
prosthetic urology
experience is a strong plus. - Proven success
leading distributors
and opening new hospital accounts in Brazil. - Comfort supporting cases in the
operating room
and leading training activities. - Clear communication in
Portuguese
and professional
English
for global coordination. - Valid work authorization in Brazil and readiness to travel.
