Business Development Manager - América del Sur.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Recopilar y analizar información de mercado
    América del Sur
    (competencia, clientes potenciales, monitoreo regulatorio, etc.).
  • Prospectar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes del sector de alimentación animal
    América del Sur
    (integradores, fábricas de piensos, fabricantes de premezclas, etc.).
  • Fidelizar a los clientes, estableciendo una relación privilegiada con ellos a través de la realización de visitas comerciales regulares: el 50% de tu tiempo será destinado a las visitas a clientes.
  • Elaborar y negociar contratos comerciales para optimizar los resultados (precios, márgenes, volúmenes y cuota de mercado).
  • Seguimiento de los contratos comerciales, monitoreando la satisfacción y necesidades de los clientes.
  • Garantizar el correcto procesamiento de los pedidos de los clientes, logística y pagos.
  • Gestionar el P&L de tu área.
  • Proporcionar asesoramiento técnico y soporte personalizado.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formación en Nutrición Animal, Zootecnia, Medicina Veterinaria, Agronomía o áreas relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en ventas de ingredientes especiales para piensos animales.
  • Español Avanzado o Nativo.
  • Inglés Intermedio.
  • Orientado a negocios y resultados.
  • Fuerte espíritu emprendedor.
  • Personalidad abierta, orientada al trabajo en equipo y dinámica.
  • Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.
  • Autonomía y mentalidad intercultural.
  • Responsable y transparente.
  • Disponibilidad para viajes de negocios frecuentes.
  • Disponibilidad para residir en Curitiba.
