Estamos creciendo — y queremos sumar a alguien con experiencia en gestión de personas y muchas ganas de aportar.
Alguien con mirada estratégica, capacidad de ejecución y pasión por acompañar procesos de desarrollo dentro de las organizaciones.

Esta es una posición 100% remota, bajo modalidad freelance (PJ), para profesionales que residan en Brasil.


Principales desafíos:

  • Liderar procesos de reclutamiento de punta a punta: desde el intake hasta el cierre
  • Realizar estrategias de sourcing y búsqueda activa en distintos canales
  • Participar en entrevistas junto a managers y aportar criterios para la toma de decisiones
  • Coordinar el onboarding para asegurar una experiencia fluida desde el día uno
  • Mantener actualizado el pipeline y reportar avances, KPIs y métricas del proceso
  • Compartir insights del mercado que aporten valor a la estrategia de atracción
  • Impulsar acciones de employer branding para fortalecer la marca empleadora


¿Qué valoramos?

  • +4 años de experiencia en Recruiting (ideal si trabajaste con procesos masivos)
  • Portugués bilingüe o fluido
  • Buena organización, autonomía y enfoque en resultados
  • Formación en Recursos Humanos, Psicología, Administración o carreras afines
  • Ganas de ser parte, proponer mejoras y trabajar con autonomía

Modalidad: 100% remota desde Brasil | Contratación como PJ
