Estamos em busca de um Especialista em Gestão de TalentosEstamos crescendo — e queremos contar com alguém com experiência em gestão de pessoas e muita vontade de somar.Alguém com visão estratégica, capacidade de execução e paixão por acompanhar processos de recrutamento com impacto real.Esta é uma posição 100% remota, no formato freelancer (PJ), para profissionais que residam no Brasil.Principais desafios:Conduzir processos de recrutamento de ponta a ponta: do intake até o fechamentoRealizar estratégias de sourcing e busca ativa em diferentes canaisParticipar de entrevistas com gestores e contribuir com critérios para a tomada de decisãoCoordenar o onboarding para garantir uma experiência fluida desde o primeiro diaManter o pipeline atualizado e reportar avanços, KPIs e métricas do processoCompartilhar insights de mercado que agreguem valor à estratégia de atraçãoImpulsionar ações de employer branding para fortalecer a marca empregadoraO que valorizamos:+4 anos de experiência em Recrutamento (ideal se já atuou com processos em volume)Português fluente ou nativoBoa organização, autonomia e foco em resultadosFormação em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatasVontade de fazer parte, propor melhorias e trabalhar com autonomia Modalidade: 100% remota | Contratação como PJ | BrasilQuer fazer parte?Se inscreva ou fale com a gente — vamos adorar te conhecer
