SOBRE O CARGO Este profissional será responsável por transformar dados em insights estratégicos para impulsionar as vendas e melhorar a execução comercial. Atuará diretamente com ferramentas analíticas e dashboards, apoiando decisões de pricing, distribuição e performance. Reportará ao Gerente de Go to Market e trabalhará em estreita colaboração com equipes de vendas e trade marketing.PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADESDesenvolver e manter dashboards interativos no Power BI para monitoramento de KPIs comerciais.Realizar análises avançadas de dados para identificar oportunidades de crescimento e otimização de vendas.Integrar dados provenientes de Scantech e outras fontes para gerar relatórios precisos e acionáveis.Fornecer insights estratégicos para suportar decisões de Go to Market e execução no ponto de venda.Automatizar processos de coleta e tratamento de dados para garantir agilidade e confiabilidade.Apoiar projetos de previsão de demanda e análise de elasticidade de preço. Colaborar com equipes multifuncionais para implementar recomendações baseadas em dados.EXPERIÊNCIA REQUERIDAGraduação em Administração, Engenharia, Estatística, Economia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência comprovada em análise de dados e ferramentas de BI (Power BI).Experiência em ferramentas como Scantech e IQVIA.Conhecimento em integração e manipulação de grandes bases de dados.EXPERIÊNCIA E HABILIDADES DESEJADASFamiliaridade com ferramentas de leitura de dados de mercado (ex.: Scantech, Nielsen, etc.).Forte capacidade analítica e pensamento crítico orientado a negócios.Habilidade para comunicar insights complexos de forma clara e objetiva.Experiência no setor de bens de consumo ou varejo será um diferencial.Inglês intermediário ou avançado.REQUISITOSRegime: Tempo integral, horário comercial.Modelo híbrido (presencial 4 dias + 1 dia remoto conforme política local).Disponibilidade para viagens ocasionais (
