Job Title: Marketing ManagerLocation: Cotia, BrazilJob Type: HybridJob Level: P14This professional will be in charge of a sweets or beverage category for projects in Brazil and will connect trends, market moves, and technologies with business opportunities in the beverage market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver great experience to our clients exploring the best of our taste, texture, and health portfolio. Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute client's support regarding their product developments by providing marketing intelligence to select the most relevant solutions for the beverage or sweet (dairy, bakery, and confectionery) segment. Ensure the right support to maximize dsm-firmenich's chances to win/defend business.

Manage proactive and reactive projects with excellence, working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure relevant, business-oriented product/solutions developments. Position dsm-firmenich as the GO-TO supplier for competitive added value market knowledge, brand understanding, inspiration, and winning solutions. Create and implement the beverage and sweet goods portfolio strategy.

Ensure the right portfolio of solutions for the category/market and promote it accordingly. Fill the gaps when needed with technical and commercial teams. Continuously develop and maintain category/market expertise (macro trends, consumer drivers, category & market dynamics, flavors, technologies, etc.) focused on beverage or sweet goods.

Consolidate this knowledge into relevant tools that can be shared internally and with clients, reverting in new business opportunities. Deploy global & regional strategies at category/market level; identify with commercial teams future opportunities to develop the business and action plans to go after them. Proactively develop the right promotion tools with the proper push to sales.

Monitor the promotions and share feedback for future improvements. You Bring:Degree in Marketing, Administration, Food Engineering or related.

Advanced English. Experience in the B2B2C market, preferably in flavors or ingredients companies. Experience in beverage or sweet goods segment.

Balance between strategic vision & execution capacity to do tactical tasks.
