Responsabilities

• Structure and lead Investor Relations at Grupo QuintoAndar: Represent the area, establish a structured communication routine with investors and the market, implement regulatory processes, and ensure continuous stakeholder engagement.
• Manage strategic interactions: Participate in events and meetings with investors, banks, and executives, acting as the company's spokesperson and ensuring a consistent strategic positioning.
• Deeply understand the company's business and numbers: Have a deep understanding of the company's key financial and operational indicators, clearly translating business strategy for investors and stakeholders while ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• Experience in financial and technology markets: Strong knowledge of financial markets, performance metrics, and experience with technology companies

• Background in Investor Relations and related areas: Previous experience in IR, Equity, Research, or strategic roles that add value

• Strategic mindset and leadership ability: Capability to represent the company in high-level discussions, address complex questions, and maintain engagement with key stakeholders
• Fluency in English(verbal and written): Essential for daily interactions with international investors and executives
• Experience in publicly traded companies and M&A (desirable): Previous experience in publicly listed companies and involvement in mergers and acquisitions processes are a plus
• Availability for national and international travel.
