Your new role
The Ad Sales Marketing Specialist will drive the execution of B2B marketing initiatives for HBO Max in Brazil, equipping sales teams with compelling narratives, materials, and tools to effectively commercialize the platform, while also enabling impactful client engagement and driving stronger advertiser connections. The role will also ensure HBO Max is strategically represented in key B2B events and activations with advertisers and agencies. Although the primary focus is Brazil, the role will also support regional initiatives by contributing to the development and execution of regional assets and initiatives across LATAM and taking part in shared operational responsibilities to ensure consistency and efficiency across markets.
Your role accountabilities
- Create and deliver HBO Max sales materials and toolkits (presentations, one-pagers, media kits, newsletters, case studies) that reflect the brand narrative and LATAM strategy;
- Support the development of an annual HBO Max marketing initiatives plan for Brazil, aligned with regional priorities;
- Contribute to regular reviews (e.g., workback sessions, progress check-ins, or equivalent formats) to evaluate the performance of B2B marketing initiatives across the region, identifying opportunities for optimization and stronger impact;
- Support local sales teams by anticipating their needs and addressing them with tailored assets, insights, and proposals, while collecting feedback to share with the regional team;
- Support the planning and execution of B2B events, client activations, and workshops that showcase HBO Max to advertisers and agencies;
- Identify relevant industry events and associations (IAB, ANDA, etc.) and recommend HBO Max participation;
- Integrate audience insights, campaign results, and advertising performance data to develop persuasive sales narratives;
- Identify and package successful campaigns into case studies and success stories, preparing and submitting them for award entries
- Track and report on B2B marketing initiatives, measuring impact and ROI of activities.
- Consolidate local results and contribute to regional reporting
- Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting to optimize future HBO Max marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the regional team to co-develop assets and sales toolkits that can be leveraged across multiple markets.
- Support the coordination of regional initiatives such as newsletters, trackers, and awards calendars.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Advanced english
- Solid experience in B2B marketing, communications, or advertising (preferably in streaming, entertainment, or media).
- Experience creating sales narratives, presentations, and client-facing marketing materials.
- Experience planning and executing B2B events, client activations, and industry sponsorships.
- Strong interest in entertainment, streaming, and the advertising industry.
Other nice to hace
- Familiarity with regional marketing dynamics and cross-market collaboration.
- Spanish is a plus
