Como estagiário(a) da área de HRBP da Marsh McLennan, você terá a oportunidade de se desenvolver dentro das seguintes funções, bem como futuras responsabilidades:

Principais Atividades:

  • Apoio na criação e gestão de indicadores de recursos humanos: Turnover, Horas Extras, Absenteísmo, controle de Headcount, forecast e guardrail;
  • Atualização e acompanhamento das políticas internas para o devido fluxo organizacional;
  • Apoio na criação de cronogramas de comunicados à companhia;
  • Atualização e acompanhamento dos acordos trabalhistas e sindicais para o devido funcionamento da companhia;
  • Apoio nos processos globais e regionais de implementação de projetos a nível local de Recursos Humanos;
  • Apoio direto aos HRBPs no preparo de documentação e apresentações com foco nos indicadores de recursos humanos.
