Roles and responsibilities

• Coordenar as entregas das frentes do projeto (assistentes, agentes, integrações, base de conhecimento), garantindo escopo, prazo e qualidade;
• Liderar iniciativas estratégicas de infraestrutura de TI e cibersegurança;
• Garantir a execução com qualidade, dentro de prazo e orçamento;
• Assegurar a aderência a padrões de governança, compliance e segurança da informação;
• Implementar soluções de segurança, redes, servidores, cloud, data centers e adequação a normas regulatórias.
• Atuar como elo entre áreas técnicas, de produto e de negócio, facilitando comunicação e tomada de decisões;
• Gerenciar backlog, prioridades e indicadores de desempenho;
• Garantir conformidade técnica e integração com sistemas corporativos, seguindo padrões de segurança e arquitetura;
• Liderar rituais ágeis (daily, review, planning) e apoiar a remoção de impedimentos;
• Monitorar riscos, propor ações corretivas e zelar pela governança do projeto.

Requirements And Skills

• Experiência em Delivery Management em projetos complexos e de grande porte;
• Experiência comprovada em gestão de projetos de infraestrutura de TI e cibersegurança;
• Experiência na gestão de fornecedores e contratos de tecnologia;
• Experiência em metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, PMI, Agile/Hybrid);
• Conhecimento em infraestrutura de redes, servidores, cloud, firewall, identidade e acesso, SOC/SIEM, LGPD e normas ISO 27001;
• Habilidade em gestão de riscos e comunicação com diferentes níveis hierárquicos;
• Vivência em Análise de Negócio e Análise de Requisitos;
• Experiência prática com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, entre outros);
• Forte habilidade de gestão de stakeholders, comunicação e liderança de times multidisciplinares;
• Diferencial: Certificações PMP, PMI-ACP, ITIL, CISM, CISSP ou similares;
• Híbrido: 4x presencial no cliente e 1x home office. Bairro: Butantã - Cidade: São Paulo/SP.
