The Delivery Manager will ensure the successful delivery of Professional Services projects by allocating resources, managing execution, and driving delivery excellence across the board. We are looking for a seasoned professional with robust experience leading technical consulting projects end-to-end on time, with quality, and within budget. The ideal candidate is also also methodology- and process-oriented, who is also a great leader and is eager to help build the frameworks to scale the professional services projects. The Delivery Manager will report to the Head of Professional Services.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple Professional Services projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
- Assign the right team to the right projects, balancing workload and skills.
Create and implement delivery methodologies, processes, and reporting frameworks for Professional - Services projects.
- Act as a thought partner and delivery point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment, and exceeding customers' expectations.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve delivery risks or bottlenecks involving both the customers and BotCity's stakeholders to ensure the project is delivered according to plan.
- Monitor project KPIs, delivery timelines, budgets, and team productivity, reporting regularly to the Head of Professional Services.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth project scoping, handoff, and execution.
Requisitos:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering or Computer Science.
- Robust experience (5+ years) in technology consulting, professional services, or enterprise solution delivery.
- Proven track record of leading technical consulting projects end-to-end on time, with quality, and within budget, preferably in enterprise clients.
- Experience delivering projects in the automation, RPA, or intelligent automation space.
- Build, inspire, and manage teams in challenging and ambiguous contexts.
- Experience with Project Management and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with MS Office/Excel, Google Suite, Notion
- Ability to travel as needed to events, conferences, and team meetings.
- English - Fluent.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
- Coding experience with or basic knowledge of Python.
- Experience leading international teams or projects across multiple geographies.
- Prior experience in an early-stage, high-growth, and fast-paced startup environment.
- Certification or high-level knowledge of BotCity automation tools.
- Spanish - Advanced.
