Delivery Coordinator

Buscamos Delivery Coordinator para atuar como responsável pelo time da plataforma AI Cockpit, liderando iniciativas estratégicas de inteligência artificial e transformação digital. Essa pessoa será responsável por garantir entregas de alto impacto, conduzindo equipes multidisciplinares e assegurando que os projetos estejam sempre alinhados aos objetivos do cliente e aos padrões de excelência da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• Planejar e coordenar a execução dos projetos, garantindo entregas de alto impacto, dentro do prazo e escopo definidos.
• Orquestrar as diferentes áreas envolvidas, acompanhando todo o ciclo de vida do projeto.
• Gerenciar e desenvolver a equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance.
• Estruturar controles, documentação e relatórios, mantendo cronogramas, riscos e indicadores sempre atualizados.
• Garantir a saúde financeira dos projetos, apoiando o head na revisão de custos, margens e alocações.
• Conduzir renegociações de escopo, prazo e qualidade quando necessário, assegurando a satisfação do cliente e a sustentabilidade das entregas.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Experiência prévia em coordenação de projetos ou delivery de soluções de inteligência artificial.
• Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de software.
• Habilidade em gestão de times e stakeholders, com foco em resultados e relacionamento consultivo.
• Capacidade analítica para gestão de indicadores, riscos e performance financeira de projetos.
  Habilidade de negociação, priorização, comunicação e inteligência emocional.
