We´re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand globally all the while growing with us. The person we´re looking for is passionate about the business development department, has excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, is goal-oriented, result-driven and works well under pressure. Being creative, having excellent negotiation skills and the ability to strengthen and maintain partnerships are all vital qualities for this position as well.
You´ll be working at a company that operates in 160+ countries worldwide, is the leading online car rental service in Latin America and whose team is fast-paced, creative, dynamic, exciting, organized and above all, responsible.
Here's what this role is all about:
- Seeking partnerships via the prospection of new car rental companies with the goal of increasing our competitiveness indicators.
- Maintaining daily contact with preexisting partners so as to ensure a healthy relationship.
- Suggesting actionable strategies that help elevate our products and services´ market competitiveness.
- Evaluating website content, applications and staying up-to-date with our sales and promotions.
- Seeking negotiations that ensure our market excellence.
- Staying up-to-date on market changes and fluctuations, especially those relevant to our competitors.
- Staying in contact with all departments in order to understand their visions about possible improvements and new partnerships.
- Actively contributing to the improvement of our processes.
A match made in heaven:
- Experience with negotiations and partner/supplier relationship management.
- Expertise in creating presentations, word documents and spreadsheets.
- English is absolutely mandatory And a third language is a plus
- Advance knowledge of Excel.
- Good technical skills, statistics and the ability to draw business insights from data.
- Bachelor´s Degree (completed or underway).
- E-commerce experience is desirable.
