Are you passionate about technology and eager to make a real impact in healthcare innovation? Join Elekta as a Technical Support Intern and be part of a team that supports life-saving solutions around the world.

What you'll do:

  • Assist customers, field engineers, and distributors with basic technical support.
  • Help ensure service quality and customer satisfaction by following Elekta's procedures and guidelines.
  • Support software systems used in oncology, including OIS and TPS.
  • Participate in system upgrades and updates under supervision.
  • Complete product training and stay informed on new software versions.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, Webex, or IntelliMax.
  • Keep service records updated in CLM within 2 business days.
  • Apply safety protocols, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve low-complexity issues.
  • Help plan and execute software updates (FCOs) when available.
