We are looking for a results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist to join our marketing team. This role will design, execute, and optimize high-impact ABM programs that engage strategic enterprise customers and accelerate growth for the North American market while collaborating closely with global teams and working remotely from Brazil.
Role & Responsibilities
Design and execute targeted ABM programs (1:1 and 1:few) tailored to industry segments that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Partner closely with Sales and Growth teams to translate account priorities into actionable marketing strategies and personalized engagement plans.
Analyze account and intent data to uncover insights, buying signals, and opportunities to inform campaign strategy and continuous optimization.
Establish operational excellence by building standardized processes, documentation, and best practices to scale ABM effectiveness.
Track and report performance metrics (engagement, pipeline influence, conversion) and use data to optimize campaign results and demonstrate ROI.
Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring strategic allocation of resources and cost-effective program execution.
Share learnings and collaborate globally
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of professional marketing experience
Proven experience designing, executing, and scaling cross-functional B2B marketing programs
Strong background in high-tech or digital services industries
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive)
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Advanced English proficiency (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense) and marketing analytics tools
Familiarity with intent data and account scoring models
Experience building or optimizing acquisition and channel marketing programs
Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and enterprise decision-making processes
