Playson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager for the Brazilian Market.
As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.
To succeed in the advertised role, you have:

Minimum of 2 years of proven B2B account management experience within the iGaming sector for a slot provider
-
Proficiency in Brazillian Portuguese and English language is essential, Fluency in Spanish, would be advantageous.

Native from LATAM markets (BR, COL, PER)
-
Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and clients effectively
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels
-
Track record of delivering client-focused solutions tailored to meet specific needs
-
Proficiency in CRM and promotion management preferred
-
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving results
-
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret data effectively
-
Adaptability to fast-paced market changes and a structured approach to problem-solving
-
Able to travel and attend events
Main responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationships

Assume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectives

Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximize customer satisfaction
-
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, optimizing their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offerings
-
Coordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectives
-
Track and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievements
-
Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels
-
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars
-
Uphold and promote the company's core values at all times
