Boeing Brazil is seeking a Senior Manager of Innovation and Partnership to join the team in Brazil. This role will be located in Sao Jose dos Campos. The selected candidate will report to the executive in Brazil. This role will lead a team in São José dos Campos.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple (2 or more) Engineering disciplines.
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals, objectives.
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers.
This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Senior level of experience in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders.
- Senior of experience in fostering innovative projects and partnerships.
- Experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key partner relationship management
- Must have a degree in Engineering
- Must be registered or eligible to register with the Engineering and Agronomy Regional Council (Conselho Regional de Engenharia e Agronomia - CREA)
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communications skills in the English Language.
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- Master's Degree or MBA
- Ability to effectively handle ambiguity and to collaborate and partner with business leaders
- Ability to align customer requirements with the broader organization
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in Brazil. Candidates must have current legal authorization to live and work in Brazil. Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
