Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading large-scale client-facing technology implementation and data migration projects, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar platforms (CRMs or ERPs). This role requires hands-on understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with both onshore and offshore team members. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities. A typical day would include facilitating client project status meetings, hosting internal huddles with consultants, architects, and data engineers, and updating project documentation for internal progress reporting.

In this role, you will leverage your technical knowledge and project management experience to define project scopes, set timelines, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Your ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and adapt to changing requirements will be critical to the success of the projects.

• Lead project teams through the full project lifecycle, from initial discovery and user story development to final delivery and post-launch support.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation forecasts, and budget management, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage project documentation, communications, risk management, quality of deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare and deliver weekly status reports to ensure full visibility and transparency for all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, document and mitigate project risks, with focus on scope, schedule and budget risks.
• Utilize Agile Methodology and lead Agile ceremonies throughout the project build phase coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation to ensure a smooth go-live and adoption experience for clients.
• Oversee multiple projects in a portfolio concurrently, ranging from small engagements to large, complex implementations.
• Build and maintain client and team relationships, fostering effective communication and high-performance environments.
• Mentor junior project managers, as needed.
• Handle change orders and manage different contract types, ensuring all changes are documented and approved by stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and methodologies.
• Contribute to the rich and diverse culture of a fully virtual team.

• Formal project management training or relevant certifications (PMP, CSM, CAPM, ACP, etc.) required.

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation.

• 2+ years of experience in consulting.

• Successful management of at least a few "enterprise" technology implementation programs or projects, over $500k in budget and impacting several departments within a large client organization.

• Proven ability to establish relationships with, influence and deliver difficult messages effectively to senior client executives and project sponsors.

• Proven ability to deliver multiple projects effectively on time and on budget.
• Strong communication, organization, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience managing projects with software configuration, data mapping, data migration and 3rd party integration efforts.
• Experience with managing teams across multiple time zones.

• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and Excel.

• Ability to navigate complex, chaotic situations, break them down, develop and execute comprehensive plans to create structure.

• Proficiency with Google Suite.

• Salesforce ecosystem knowledge is advantageous and experience with Salesforce CRM implementations a plus.
