This role will focus on managing strategic relationships, including with Operators, to drive growth and success.

Job Title:
Key Account Manager(KAM)

Location: Sao Pablo

Position Overview:

The Key Account Manager (KAM) will be instrumental in managing and expanding relationships with main and important KAs and other significant accounts in the telecommunications sector. This role requires a thorough understanding of the telecommunications industry, proven experience in key account management, and a strategic mindset to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Management:
    Serve as the primary liaison for main KAs , Operators and other major accounts, ensuring the development and maintenance of strong, long-lasting relationships.
  2. Account Strategy:
    Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed revenue and growth objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  3. Contract Negotiation:
    Manage negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring agreements align with company goals and deliver mutual benefits.
  4. Reporting and Analysis
    : Good at controlling prices, channels, analyzing and summarizing market data. Good at reviewing and reporting.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
  6. Problem Resolution:
    Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in key account management within the telecommunications sector, with direct experience handling accounts

Industry Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of the telecommunications industry and market trends.

Sales Skills:
Proven ability to drive sales and manage complex account relationships effectively.

Negotiation:
Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and contract management, with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.

Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.

Abilities
: Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Other:
Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. ·
