We're looking for a Sales & Operations Engineer — someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, operations, and technology — to build, automate, and optimize the systems that power our BDR and client campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Own outbound infrastructure: Set up, manage, and optimize Apollo, HubSpot, Salesforce, and other sales tools for both internal and client accounts.
- Build and automate lead workflows: Design and maintain automation using tools like Clay, n8n, Zerobounce, Apollo, and email and LinkedIn automation platforms.
- Generate segmented lead lists: Build precise, intent-driven lists for all accounts and BDRs, ensuring accuracy and relevance across industries and personas.
- Onboard new customers: Handle all outbound tech setup for new accounts — integrations, sequences, CRM syncs, and reporting.
- Maintain and improve reporting dashboards: Track performance, monitor campaign health, and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Collaborate directly with the founder: Help scale processes, automate manual work, and ensure all systems talk to each other seamlessly.
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales operations, growth engineering, or revenue operations.
- Deeply familiar with Apollo, Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, and outbound workflows.
- Skilled in data hygiene, enrichment, automation, and dashboarding.
- Technically curious — you like solving problems with tools and integrations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
- Bonus points if you've worked with BDR teams or outbound agencies before.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R$135, R$162,000.00 per year
