As a Senior Program Manager within the AWS Startup team, you will be responsible for managing complex, strategic programs that support our Investor
Management and GTM Acceleration initiatives. You'll work across organizations to define and implement mechanisms that drive startup success through various stages of growth.

Key job responsibilities
- Define and establish program management best practices for global Startup initiatives, own and develop strategic program frameworks for investor engagement and GTM programs
- Create and implement comprehensive measurement systems to track and improve program effectiveness
- Design and manage complex programs for:
1. Strategic investor engagement (VC, Seed, Accelerator partnerships), 2. Global GTM (go-to-market) acceleration initiatives (Partner co-sell,
marketplace programs) and 3. Technical innovation programs (founder enablement, architecture reviews)
- Drive cross-organizational alignment and execution of strategic initiatives
- Lead operational improvements across multiple teams and organizations

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience owning program strategy and end to end delivery
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience leading program strategy and organizational change

- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience communicating effectively with senior leadership
- Deep experience in cloud computing or enterprise technology
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystems and venture capital landscape
- Track record of implementing successful programs on an organizational scale
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Experience managing programs across global organizations
