Our team in Brazil is growing, we are currently recruiting for a Electrical and Instrumentation Supervisor to join our Minerals & Metals Business line in São Paulo.

About The Role

  • Supervise electrical and instrumentation works on-site
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards
  • Coordinate the works with other disciplines coordinators and subcontractors
  • Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of tasks
  • Conduct inspections and support testing and commissioning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and daily reports

About You

  • Minimum technical degree in Electrical and Instrumentation
  • Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation supervision on construction or industrial sites (minimum 10 years)
  • Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, control panels and field instruments
  • Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NR-10)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Leadership and team coordination skills

Note On The Nature Of The Contract
This is a permanent position, initially assigned to a strategic project with an expected duration of approximately two years. While the initial assignment is directly related to this project, there is a possibility of extension or reassignment to other future initiatives, depending on company needs and the professional's performance
