We invite a skilled and motivated Project Manager with a strong understanding of the Scrum Master role to join our team. You'll guide a newly formed mobile development team as they adapt a successful POS system to a new market, ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and alignment with business goals.

Is that you?

  • 3+ years of project management experience with strong knowledge of PM theory and tools
  • Strong people management and team facilitation skills
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency with metrics such as predictability, estimation, velocity, capacity, and change request volume
  • Excellent reporting skills and hands-on experience
  • Solid understanding of Scrum with experience facilitating Scrum events
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to adapt, follow instructions, and take guidance
  • Open-minded, stakeholder-oriented, and friendly approach
  • Upper-Intermediate English level

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Statement of Work (SOW) processes and documentation
  • Experience with budget planning

Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you'll coordinate a mobile development team adapting a POS system to a new market. You'll apply your expertise to align team activities with project goals, provide effective people management, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Facilitate Scrum events and guide the team in Scrum practices
  • Conduct 1-on-1s and provide support to team members
  • Manage stakeholder communication to align priorities and ensure successful project delivery
  • Track project progress and metrics, ensuring effective reporting
  • Adjust team priorities based on task estimation and stakeholder feedback
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
  • Promote open and transparent communication within the team
  • Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date
  • Support alignment of team activities with project scope, deliverables, and goals as outlined in the SOW
  • Assist with budget planning and resource allocation as needed
