Key Responsibilities
1、Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on expanding the company's presence in the e-commerce market.
2、Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and growth objectives.
3、Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and clients to foster long-term partnerships.
4、Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations to align on business strategies and initiatives.
6、Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company goals.
7、Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on sales progress and market insights.

Position Requirement

1、Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2、Above three years of experience in business development, preferably in the e-commerce or digital industry.
3、Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business deals.
4、Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, market trends, and customer behavior.
5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
6、Self-motivated and results-driven, with a keen ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7、Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software to manage leads and track performance.
