Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement localized business development strategies aligned with regional goals.

  • Identify market opportunities and adapt the company's value proposition to partner needs.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Compliance, Marketing) to design and deliver targeted campaigns and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

  • Manage partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention programs, including referral and training initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular performance and forecast reports.

  • Monitor progress, report on risks and opportunities, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.


Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of Portuguese (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2 or higher).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales — ideally within digital, technology, or service-driven sectors.

  • Proven ability to manage partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
