WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

As a Recruitment Intern, you will:

  • Support the team in recruiting new colleagues for the Portugal location, mainly in the IT environment.

  • You will assist in using different sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to help identify and attract talent.

  • You will have the chance to learn about recruitment projects and gradually take on small responsibilities with the support of your team.

  • You will support in identifying potential candidates, using active sourcing tools, and will help in creating a positive candidate experience.

  • You will assist in scheduling and preparing telephone, video, and if necessary in-person interviews.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

  • You are currently studying Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field, or have a strong interest in recruitment and HR.

  • You are curious about the world of IT and technology and motivated to learn how to recruit for this field.

  • You are eager to explore different recruiting channels, tools, and processes.

  • You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy working with people.

  • You are a team player with good organizational skills.

  • You have good English language skills (written and spoken).
