Fanatee is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support and improve the internal processes of our Influencer Marketing Team. This role is focused on managing workflows and ensuring the efficient delivery of marketing requests and assets to the User Acquisition (UA) and Product teams, with close collaboration with the UA Tech team.

Our team operates on a global scale, working with partners, influencers, and content creators across different countries and time zones. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and interested in using technology, including AI solutions, to improve operational efficiency and streamline collaboration.

Responsabilites

  • Develop and maintain workflows to manage the intake, progress, and delivery of marketing assets and requests.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables related to influencer campaigns, video production, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Align with UA, UA Tech, Studio AI and Product teams to ensure assets are delivered according to required formats and schedules.
  • Help implement process improvements and tools to support transparency, tracking, and execution.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to increase productivity and reduce manual work.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or workflow management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across technical and creative teams.
  • Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency with digital tools to support organization and documentation.
  • Based in the Greater São Paulo area and available for hybrid work.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with User Acquisition or Product teams.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and creative production workflows.
  • Interest in automation and AI-driven tools for operational improvement.
  • Understanding of digital marketing or mobile gaming environments.
  • Comfortable working with global teams across time zones.
