About The Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a hands-on role delivering our country-level marketing plan and elevating our brand across Brazil. You'll help safeguard brand integrity, coordinate PR and events, support digital campaigns, and connect internal teams with external partners so that great ideas turn into measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Brand Governance & Compliance:
Champion correct, consistent use of brand assets across channels; support brand audits and partnership reviews
Internal Branding:
Coordinate office branding, merchandise, and engagement materials with local teams
Marketing Operations & Suppliers:
Manage day-to-day ops, quotes, and invoices; liaise with agencies, freelancers, and vendors to keep timelines and quality on track
Event Coordination:
Plan and deliver offline, online, and hybrid events-covering logistics, venues, comms, and promotional assets
PR & Media:
Assist the Head of Marketing on PR activity and coordinate with our UK PR team to localise and distribute stories
Digital & Social:
Support digital campaigns and social monitoring, responding to queries and ensuring tone and brand alignment
Content & CRM:
Contribute copy for newsletters, blogs, and campaign materials; maintain accurate contact data and support email activity
Recognition & EDIB:
Help deliver inclusive recognition activities and communications that promote equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging
Insights & Reporting:
Share market and competitor insights, and track KPIs for campaigns, events, and PR to inform continuous improvement
About You
You're a hands-on marketer who enjoys turning plans into action—coordinating campaigns and events, writing clear copy, and keeping multiple deadlines moving. You collaborate confidently with colleagues and external partners, and you're organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. You can communicate in English at B2 level or above, and you're confident with key design tools.
- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and events
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder collaboration
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with social media and basic video/design tools
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
It's a plus if you also bring:
- Vendor/agency negotiation and management
- Exposure to multicultural or international environments; PR/media monitoring tools
- Experience supporting EDIB initiatives, hybrid/virtual event logistics, and brand governance
- Basic Canva/Adobe skills and familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
