Title and Summary
Director, Enterprise Strategy (CNPF)Join our dynamic Strategy and Execution team. This strategy role is ideal for someone passionate about payments and innovation. Our team focuses on Commercial and New Payment flows – payments made and received by small business & large corporations, and money movement transactions (e.g., P2P) via our Mastercard Move capabilities.We work to connect and power an inclusive, digital economy that benefits everyone, everywhere by making transactions safe, simple, smart and accessible. Responsibilities:
• Support business leaders within CNPF to design, evaluate and advance their strategies, with a strong focus on in-market delivery and implementation.
• Contribute to the CNPF's overall strategy through thought leadership and creativity.
• Build strong, cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders across MA (e.g., Core Payments, Services, regional leadership and other function groups etc.) to drive execution
• Identify, structure, and prioritize cross-functional initiatives (e.g., secular shift opportunities, market-level execution plans, key product priorities, etc.) to generate actionable recommendations.
• Apply strategic and analytical rigor to product and regional strategies, acting as a thought partner
• Maintain knowledge of the commercial and money movement landscape and market trends to develop innovative solutions and product strategies.
• Share learnings and insights with global product teams, regional product teams, and other key stakeholders, where relevant.
• Working and leading across of cross functional teams to drive outputs and deliverables.
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience in strategy consulting or developing go-to-market strategies for payments.
• Extensive experience of translating strategies to execution plans, driving end to end execution – particularly in a cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of Mastercard's products, services, and key revenue drivers, as well as the larger payment industry.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented with the ability to drive thought leadership in commercial payments & money movement
• Fluent English
