We are looking for a person to take full ownership of logistics operations: planning and scheduling deliveries, overseeing warehouse management, coordinating transportation, and ensuring quality control of the team's activities. Depending on experience, we offer a path at the Specialist level (greater focus on operations and analysis) or Manager level (team leadership, KPIs, and process improvement).

Scope Of Responsibilities

  • Planning, scheduling, and coordinating the flow of parts and equipment: from the warehouse to the customer delivery point (end-to-end).
  • Overseeing inbound and outbound operations: order picking, documentation, shipment quality checks, compliance with SOPs and safety requirements.
  • Analyzing logistics and inventory data (demand, replenishment, turnover, service/parts): preparing reports for Operations and Customer Service.
  • Transport optimization: selecting optimal modes, routes, frequency, and equipment; cooperation with carriers and FMS.
  • Collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Service, Customer Service, Finance) and external suppliers; rapid incident resolution (delays, damages, shortages).
  • Monitoring KPIs: OTIF, lead time, inventory accuracy, transportation and warehousing costs; initiating improvement actions (continuous improvement).
  • Ensuring compliance with warehouse H&S, quality standards, and customs/transport requirements.
  • Handling local company settlements related to logistics: verification of freight and warehousing payments, reconciliations, bank reconciliations in cooperation with Finance.
  • Maintenance and development of tools: Excel (advanced), logistics systems/WMS, Freight Management System (FMS); support for implementations and automation.

Requirements

  • Preferably at least 5 years of experience in logistics/supply chain; experience in an international environment will be an advantage.
  • University degree (Business, Logistics/Supply Chain, Economics, International Trade, or related).
  • Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations; hands-on practice in demand planning and replenishment orders.
  • Data analysis skills (Excel: pivot tables; Power Query/Power Pivot a plus) and ability to prepare cost- and operations-focused recommendations.
  • Experience working with systems: WMS/ERP and FMS/transport (e.g., TMS).
  • Experience in settlements/cashiering or cooperation with Finance on payments and reconciliations – a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; accuracy, attention to detail, and data orientation.
  • Languages: English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus

Nice-to-Have Assets

  • Experience in the medtech/healthcare industry or capital equipment logistics.
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, basic customs, and international transport.
  • Experience in optimization projects (Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma) and working with KPIs/SLAs.
