E o desafio de ser Arquiteto(a) de Soluções?

Você fará parte do time de Agronomia Computacional (CompAg), o grupo responsável por codificar agronomia na Syngenta Digital. Transformamos ciência e dados em inteligência agronômica, alimentando modelos e insights que agricultores e consultores usam ao redor do mundo.

Como Arquiteto de Soluções, você ajudará a projetar os sistemas que tornam isso possível: Arquiteturas em nuvem que conectam modelos, dados e produtos, permitindo escala, interoperabilidade e impacto no mundo real. Você colaborará com cientistas, engenheiros e product owners para transformar pesquisa em soluções prontas para produção que funcionam dentro do Insights Engine e das plataformas Cropwise.

  • Projetar e evoluir a arquitetura que suporta inteligência agronômica em diversos domínios de modelagem (crescimento de culturas, previsão de produtividade, solo, clima, pragas e mais);
  • Desenvolver padrões de integração conectando modelos de IA, dados geoespaciais e plataformas digitais;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com cientistas e engenheiros para operacionalizar modelos agronômicos em escala;
  • Garantir performance, segurança e escalabilidade em soluções cloud-native;
  • Mentorar times de engenharia, orientando discussões de design e decisões de qualidade de código;
  • Impulsionar inovação e promover melhores práticas em arquitetura, MLOps e DevOps.
Qualifications

E o que você precisa ter pra fazer isso bem?      

  • 8+ anos de experiência em desenvolvimento de software e funções de arquitetura que incluam uso de Processamento Geoespacial e/ou Visão Computacional e/ou Machine Learning;
  • Forte proficiência em Python e sistemas cloud-native (AWS preferencial);
  • Sólido entendimento de processamento de dados geoespaciais e agronômicos (clima, solo, manejo de culturas, sensoriamento remoto);
  • Experiência com Visão Computacional e orquestração de modelos de IA/ML;
  • Capacidade de traduzir requisitos científicos e de negócios complexos em soluções técnicas;
  • Experiência com bancos de dados relacionais (PostgreSQL, MySQL) e não relacionais (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Redis);
  • Experiência com microsserviços e arquiteturas orientadas a eventos.
  • Sólida experiência em AWS, incluindo Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, MSK e API Gateway;
  • Conhecimento de testes automatizados e melhores práticas de CI/CD;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade e monitoramento como Datadog, CloudWatch, Prometheus ou Grafana;
  • Capacidade de traduzir desafios científicos e de negócios complexos em soluções técnicas escaláveis;
  • Inglês fluente e fortes habilidades de comunicação para colaborar em ambiente global.
