Purpose of the position
A vaga de Assistente Financeiro na Hiab tem como propósito executar processos administrativos financeiros de forma eficiente, tempestiva e precisa, garantindo a correta gestão de contas a pagar e a receber, conciliação bancária, análise de crédito e suporte ao fechamento financeiro.Essa atuação contribui diretamente para a organização e a solidez financeira da empresa, permitindo maior controle sobre fluxos de caixa, inadimplências e operações financeiras essenciais.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

  • Emissão de boletos e acompanhamento de inadimplências (incluindo cobrança por telefone);
  • Lançamento e conferência de contas a pagar e a receber;
  • Conciliação bancária e apoio no fechamento financeiro e contábil mensal;
  • Controle e conferência de reembolsos e adiantamentos;
  • Suporte na elaboração de relatórios financeiros e indicadores;
  • Interface com fornecedores e bancos para pagamentos e negociações;
  • Organização e arquivamento de documentos financeiros.
  • Análise de crédito;
  • Emissão de solicitações de compra;
  • Baixas e liquidação de cobranças e pagamentos.

What You'll Need To Succeed

  • Formação em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia ou áreas correlatas (cursando ou concluída);
  • Experiência anterior na área administrativa;
  • Excel intermediário;
  • Boa organização, atenção a detalhes e capacidade analítica;
  • Proatividade e habilidade para trabalhar em equipe.
