We're hiring an SEO Specialist to lead day-to-day organic growth for Brazil. You'll own technical and on-page/off-page SEO, build scalable content architectures in Brazilian Portuguese, and collaborate closely with content and product teams to win high-intent rankings while staying fully compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build Brazil market SEO roadmap: keyword universes, topical maps, content clusters, and internal linking strategies for sportsbook and casino.
  • Prioritize money terms (ex.: apostas esportivas, bônus, cassino online, PIX) and long-tail informational queries that feed acquisition funnels.
  • Brief and QA PT-BR content (landing pages, blogs, guides, promo pages) for intent match, E-E-A-T, and conversion—titles, meta, headers, copy, schema, media.
  • Own site health: crawlability, indexation, CWV, mobile performance, logs, sitemaps, hreflang, canonicalization, pagination, faceted navigation.
  • Implement and validate structured data (Organization, FAQ, Article, Breadcrumb, Product/Offer, SportsEvent where applicable).
  • Drive ethical authority building: digital PR, high-quality outreach, content partnerships, and affiliate alignment—no link schemes.
  • Monitor competitor link profiles and SERP features to find defensible opportunities.
  • Ensure pages meet Responsible Gaming standards, bonus/advertising rules, and age-gating; coordinate approvals with Compliance.
  • Align analytics and consent with LGPD and GDPR requirements.
  • Build dashboards (rankings, CTR, sessions, conversions, revenue attribution) and run A/B/C tests on titles/snippets and page templates.
  • Report weekly on impact, insights, and next actions; propose experiments to improve LTV/CAC via organic.

Requisitos

  • 3+ years hands-on SEO with proven results in high-competition niches; iGaming (sportsbook/casino) experience strongly preferred.
  • Native or near-native Portuguese (PT-BR) and strong English; excellent PT-BR copy sense for titles/snippets.
  • Solid technical SEO chops (CWV, rendering, logs, JS SEO, structured data) and CMS familiarity (WordPress or headless).
  • Comfortable with GA4, GSC, and at least two of: Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Looker/Power BI, BigQuery/SQL (nice to have).
  • Competence in conversion-focused SEO (LP frameworks, CRO basics) and ethical digital PR.
  • Understanding of Responsible Gaming, bonus/advertising guardrails, and LGPD analytics implications.
