Cargo: Analista de Contas a Pagar
Atividades:
- Registro no sistema e conferencia de notas fiscais, faturas, recibos, boletos e outros (docs. relacionados ao contas a Pagar);
- Elaboração e controle do Fluxo de Caixa;
- Conciliação de contas contábeis de Bancos, Fornecedores, Impostos e outras contas relacionadas ao Contas a Pagar;
- Responsável pelo Aging de Contas a Pagar;
- Revisão e conferencia das prestações de contas, notas fiscais e recibos de funcionários e terceiros;
- Fechamento de Câmbio (contas a pagar e à receber), contato com mesa de Câmbio/ bancos/ fornecedores e clientes;
- Conciliação das contas a pagar e à receber de intercompania (na contabilidade/ contas a pagar) e outras empresas do grupo
- Baixa do Contas a Pagar;
- Impute de pagamentos nos bancos;
- Provisões contas a pagar – controle das provisões, baixas e adições durante o mês.
Requisitos e perfil:
- Superior cursando/completo relacionada a administração, preferencialmente contábil e administração - obrigatório
- Conhecimento em SAP/ Basware/ Concur - Diferencial
- Excel intermediário – desejável (obrigatório o básico);
- Bom relacionamento/ Boa comunicação;
- Hands on
- Possuir iniciativa
- Conhecimento em retenção de impostos
- Inglês – intermediário (conseguir se comunicar por escrito e falando)
