Job Description
Darktrace is seeking a
Regional Channel Manager
to strengthen our presence in the Brazilian market, building trusted, long-term relationships with leading technology partners and distributors. This is a strategic, high-impact role in a fast-growing organization, where success is built on strong relationships, market insight, and the ability to navigate Brazil's unique business landscape.

You will work closely with the regional sales team to identify new opportunities, grow partner revenue, and enhance channel performance. Collaboration with marketing, technical, and customer success teams will be key to ensuring effective partner enablement and operational excellence. This role will require frequent travel across Brazil to meet with partners, attend industry events such as
Futurecom

IT Forum
, and maintain an active presence in the technology community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute measurable partnership strategies tailored to the Brazilian market, creating new revenue streams and expanding business with existing partners.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales support to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives, training programs, and co-branded campaigns that resonate with local customers.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, including market insights, partner performance metrics, and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Represent Darktrace at major technology and cybersecurity events in Brazil, positioning the company as a trusted innovation leader while building a broad, loyal partner network.
  • Continuously analyze partner performance data to identify opportunities for growth, operational improvements, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • Manage segmented client and partner portfolios, considering industry sector, geographic region, revenue potential, and product-market fit.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and joint planning sessions with partners to strengthen collaboration, increase engagement, and ensure business continuity.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in channel management, partner sales, or related roles, ideally within the Brazilian IT or cybersecurity market.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end software and SaaS sales cycle, and how to position value in competitive markets.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences and cultures.
  • Demonstrated success in building high-performing partner ecosystems in Brazil, including experience with key distributors, VARs, and systems integrators.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver measurable partnership programs and manage segmented portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen, market awareness, and the ability to navigate complex deal structures.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English (Spanish a plus).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels, based on transparency, trust, and consistent engagement.
