We are looking for
Delivery Manager
who wants to learn and transform his career.

For this role main skills required:

• Desirable experience in projects involving low-code and automation platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix, Appian or similar.
• Ability to manage end-to-end deliveries, ensuring scope, timelines, and budget (on time, on budget).
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
• Skilled at handling multiple technologies and multidisciplinary squads simultaneously.
• Understanding of platform integrations (APIs, web services, databases).
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.
• Knowledge of software development life cycle, backlog prioritization, and refinement.
• Sufficient technical understanding to support architecture discussions and critical decisions with teams.
• Ability to lead end-to-end delivery initiatives.
• Ability to consult management and engineering teams with functional technical advice. In particular regarding: Business analysis, Project management
• Excellent communication with various stakeholders (clients, squads, executives).
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strategic mindset with focus on business-oriented solutions.
• Proactivity and resilience in complex environments with multiple simultaneous projects
• Collaborative leadership, focused on continuous delivery and process improvement.
• Excellent soft skills (Communication, Coordination and Negotiation)
• Advanced proficiency in English

• Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, ITIL, or platform-specific credentials
• Experience in multinational environments and working with distributed teams.
• Experience in contract and SLA management.
• Prior involvement in digital transformation or intelligent automation projects
• Desirable Spanish (B1)
