The Mission

As a Solutions Engineer at Cubbo, you'll bridge the gap between our customers' systems and Cubbo's fulfillment technology. You'll work directly with enterprise clients and our internal teams (engineering, product, and operations) to:

  • Design and implement integrations between customer ecommerce platforms and Cubbo's systems (APIs, ERPs, OMS, WMS).
  • Build tools, scripts, and internal dashboards to automate repetitive workflows.
  • Troubleshoot complex data flows and API issues for enterprise clients.
  • Translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions.

You'll be one of the key players ensuring our technology doesn't just work — it drives real impact for the customers who depend on us every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integration Leadership:

    Work with new and existing enterprise customers to design and deploy technical integrations between their systems and Cubbo's fulfillment platform.

  • Technical Problem Solving:

    Investigate data sync issues, API errors, or inventory discrepancies — and drive them to resolution with product and engineering.
  • Custom Tooling:

    Build small internal tools to make integrations faster and more reliable.
  • Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support:

    Partner with the commercial and onboarding teams to ensure customers understand integration capabilities, timelines, and technical requirements.
  • Documentation & Enablement:

    Create technical documentation, integration playbooks, and reusable templates to scale enterprise onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success Managers to ensure customer feedback turns into product improvements.

  • Zero major API incidents for integrated customers.
  • 100%+ of new enterprise integrations reuse standardized, documented connectors.
  • Cubbo's teams (CS, Ops, Product) rely on tools and dashboards you've built to support customers faster and better.
Who You Are
  • Technical generalist: You're comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages like Python or

  • Customer-facing engineer: You love helping people understand technology and can translate between "business speak" and "engineering speak."

  • Startup mindset: You move fast, own problems end-to-end, and are comfortable with ambiguity.

  • Collaborative: You enjoy working cross-functionally and take pride in enabling others' success.

  • Fluent communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus).

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, or similar technical role.

  • Experience integrating with ecommerce or logistics platforms (Shopify, VTEX, Magento, ERP/OMS systems).

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, authentication (OAuth, tokens), and web services.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable scripts or small web tools.

  • Comfort working in a hybrid setup (Pinheiros office 2–3 days per week).
Nice to Have
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or SaaS integrations.
  • Familiarity with complex integrations with SAP, ERPs… etc
  • Exposure to Postgres or message queues.
