Na Starti, estamos construindo o maior ecossistema de cibersegurança para pequenas e médias empresas no Brasil. Nossa missão é clara:
proteger 100 mil empresas até 2030
junto com nossos parceiros (MSPs, MSSPs e ISPs).

Para acelerar essa missão, buscamos um(a)
Partner Success Assistant
que será peça-chave no relacionamento com nossos parceiros, apoiando diretamente um Partner Success Manager (PSM). Você vai atuar desde o
onboarding
até o acompanhamento contínuo da carteira, garantindo organização, proximidade e excelência no atendimento.

O que você vai fazer:

  • Apoiar o PSM no ciclo completo do parceiro: kick-off, onboarding e acompanhamento.
  • Preparar reuniões, materiais e follow-ups.
  • Atualizar cadastros, checklists e informações no CRM.
  • Ser ponto de contato para dúvidas operacionais dos parceiros.
  • Garantir execução do onboarding em até 30 dias.
  • Monitorar métricas de engajamento e apoiar nas ações de expansão.

O que buscamos em você:

  • Organização, comunicação clara e atenção a detalhes.
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender sobre tecnologia e cibersegurança.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Espírito de colaboração e mentalidade de crescimento.
  • Experiência prévia em atendimento, CS, suporte ou funções administrativas é um diferencial.

Modelo de Contratação

  • Contrato PJ
  • Remuneração fixa:
    R$ 2.200 a R$ 2.800/mês
  • Trilha de crescimento clara: Partner Success Assistant → Partner Success Analyst → Partner Success Manager.
