About the role : 

Join our fantastic team as a Senior Content Manager (Brazilian Portuguese) You will play a key role in overseeing content strategies for our Brazilian Portuguese Business Unit, managing content creation and optimization, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on SEO best practices, market dynamics, and iGaming affiliation marketing trends. This role requires strong leadership, strategic and out-of-the-box thinking, innovation, and effective communication skills to drive content initiatives and achieve business objectives.

As our Senior Content Manager Br Pt you will:

Content Management

  • Recruit, train, and manage Content Writers and freelancers, defining needs, conducting interviews, and providing ongoing feedback.

  • Define quarterly KPIs, conduct capabilities checks, and organize regular reviews to ensure team effectiveness and development.

Content Strategy and Planning

  • Define content needs, create content briefs, and generate content plans aligned with business objectives and sales priorities.

  • Ensure content follows user intent, E-E-A-T guidelines, and internal guidelines for compliance.

Compliance Assurance

  • Stay informed about regulations and ensure all content is compliant with operator and country guidelines.

  • Update documentation with articles mentioning specific operators.


Your profile should include :

  • Deep knowledge, experience and understanding of betting related content creation, lingo and quality standards - both Sports and Casino - Mandatory

  • Strong knowledge and experience with on-page SEO - essential

  • Native level of Brazilian Portuguese language coupled with strong writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, persuasive, and engaging content - a must

  • Previous experience within the content writing landscape, leadership abilities, and experience are considered a plus.

  • Solid experience in content writing for SEO purposes.

  • Practical knowledge of CMS (WordPress)
