Algumas atividades do dia a dia:

  • Realizar atividades para introdução de novos produtos (NPI) envolvendo reuniões, preparação dos equipamentos de testes e peças de reposição, capacitação dos envolvidos, atividades de setup e preparação dos documentos e procedimentos;
  • Efetuar análises estatísticas de desempenho de produtos nos testes, preparando relatórios e recomendando as ações necessárias para eliminar as falhas;
  • Realizar transferência dos conhecimentos necessários ao uso de equipamentos de testes obtendo dados, informações e documentação que possibilitem o bom desempenho dos demais itens do processo de teste;
  • Apoiar a implementação de melhorias nas rotinas de testes realizados.
  • Efetuar crono análise dos testes realizados, analisando a capacidade das estações de testes, a fim de apontar anomalias e correções necessárias;
  • Realizar análises da capacidade das estações de testes, a fim de apontar anomalias e correções necessárias;
  • Elaborar rotinas e procedimentos para operação e manutenção de equipamentos de teste;
  • Conduzir a instalação de novos equipamentos de testes na linha de produção;
  • Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar ferramentas de software e hardware, a fim de melhorar os sistemas de teste existentes;
  • Contribuir para a melhoria do processo produtivo, através de novos métodos, treinamento específico de uma determinada operação crítica e estudos de tendências dos indicadores de processo;
  • Organizar e operacionalizar treinamentos necessários para a equipe de produção e montagem, a fim de garantir o atendimento dos padrões técnicos e de qualidade requeridos;
  • Identificar e recomendar melhorias sempre que estas se mostrem viáveis ou se fizerem necessárias em uma ação corretiva;
  • Prestar todo o suporte técnico necessário à manufatura durante o processo produtivo.
  • Cumprir as políticas/procedimentos/normas relativos à empresa, processo de trabalho e aos sistemas de gestão implementados;
  • Zelar pela ordem, guarda e conservação dos materiais, equipamentos sob sua responsabilidade e do local de trabalho, bem como manter a organização da documentação referente ao processo de trabalho e pela segurança e proteção das informações confidenciais;
  • Realizar outras atividades correlatas à sua função e aos procedimentos do seu processo de trabalho.

A experiência que estamos buscando acrescentar em nosso time:

  • Ensino Superior Completo em Engenharia, preferencialmente em Engenharia Elétrica, Eletrônica, Automação, Mecânica ou Produção.
  • Inglês Intermediário.
  • Pacote Office.
  • C++ /C#
  • Java
  • Visual Basic
  • .Net
  • Conhecimento  em Tecnologias Wireless (Rádio Frequência);  In-circuit test (ICT); Crono análise; Automação de Teste;  Circuito Elétrico; Processo de testes; Component Engineering (PCM); Características funcionais/técnicas de componentes elétricos e eletrônicos;Conceitos de inspeção de montagem; Eletrônica aplicada à Telecomunicação; Leitura e interpretação de desenhos, diagramas e esquemas elétricos e eletrônicos.
  • Noções  em DFA (Design for Assembly/Joining); Product Data Management (PDM); Ferramentas estatísticas para análise de falha (Ex. FEMEA, CEP); Conceitos de inspeção de montagem; Eletrônica aplicada à Telecomunicação; Leitura e interpretação de desenhos, diagramas e esquemas elétricos e eletrônicos e Troubleshooting para diagnosticar análise de falhas.
